YEP! just came back from 55th anniversary. before that went for exam. screwed up the second part.. i played in 4/4 time when it was 3/4 time for the first two bars... tell you the scenario after i finished playing.
SCENE 1
I just finished playing and looked at my examiners to wait for them to say something. They blank stare at me den I blank back(it was total silence). *cos i knew after playing I have to sit in front of them den they like talk about my playing* so I grabbed my stuff that I left on the other chair. stood up and wait for them to say something.
Me: "umm..."*still standing*
Examiner on the left: "was I giving you like this kind of expression*shows some kind of expression* when I asked you to start the second part?"
Me: "uhh.. no....."
Examiner(left): "*laughs* then what happened to the second section? the first section was done well! Take a seat."
Me: "umm..."
Examiner(left): "you DID know that you started in 4/4 time since you corrected yourself in the 3rd bar*both keep laughing at this fact that i started in the wrong time*, so I didn't stop you. Then your second line was ok, then the third line you stumbled, then stumble, stumble, stumble.*points at the score at the parts I stumbled at*"

Yep.. and that was what they said..LOL...oh den my piano class friend.. her's was like very funny. this was what happened(she told me after the exam).

SCENE 2
Qian Yi walks into the room.
Examiner(left): Are you Khor Qian Yi? (something they normally ask when you go into the exam room to check)
Qian Yi: um no. It's ok. (you must be thinking ????!?!? now right? LOL)
Examiner(left): ????? huh? I ask you whether you are Khor Qian Yi and you say no, it's ok?*laughing a little*
Qian Yi: OH...*laughs* oh yeah.
Examiner(left): *laughs with her* what did you think I was asking you?
Qian Yi: *laughing still* I thought you asked me whether I was COLD.(Khor is mistaken for cold.) LOL
all three of them start laughing. LOL.

55th Anniversary
so tiring... in total, played 9 songs. NINE. and we ended at NINE. so perfect. LOL. we played three songs for the launching of the fish pond(i know its stupid). they even said UNVEIL the sculpture. we were like. huh? how to UNVEIL it when there is no VEIL in the first place?! and then the dinner started at 8. like wth. the people like weren't listening? busy eating. we play also dunno for what can. suffer lah. we waited for the guests to like SIT down. which never happened. we just started playing when the first dish came out. it was hot like crazy. sweat like mad.we played 6 songs for the dinner. the same 3 songs we played before and an addition of 3 songs. Divertimento was fun. we played it like super fast. and so fun. i mean its like. u make mistake oso they cannot hear. so ya. LOL.

Everyone was sweating like mad... haiz... so tired.. totally drained....the juniors got to go home first.. >.<...only 20 ppl could squeeze into the damn spot in the canteen..(the place where the dustbins are normally placed at). haish. string is always treated like shit. immediately after we played finish they played background music over the PA system which was like super loud. and we were like. WTH. y couldn't they just used the PA system in the first place. and let US perform in a decent place. its like damn unfair.*cos everyone else gets to perform in the hall ON A STAGE* the string ppl are all jealous okay. LOL. got ppl clap.but the VIPs are like heck about it. mostly students clapping i guess.(during the dinner). okay. ending here today.... gonna look for something to do now.. dun want to sleep so early.. :S :P

P.S. today's dinner was the best!!! cooked by mrs sin :D
